List Building and Rule Interactions

Each team member will bring a legal Incursion list (1k points) and select a unit to be the warlord

The teams armies will be treated as one 2k army but cannot use stratagems on each other's units or have their aura’s affect one another.

Teams will generate command points as if they were one player instead of two. Teams must agree on when to spend their command points. Teams will also have secondaries as if they were one player so if a team intends to play with tactical objectives they will draw cards as if it was a normal 2k game.

Faction / Detachment rules are treated as if you are playing an incursion game. For example this will affect Grudge Counters or how many units Grey Knights can use for their teleport assaults. On top of this, teammates cannot be negatively affected by allied army rules such as Nurgle Rot.

General Event Info

We will only use rules that have been released more than a week before the event (this includes Codex releases and balance dataslates). Exceptions may be made after investigating the rule changes but will be announced publicly if decided to. Feel free to message our tournament organizers for any questions you may have.

We all have busy lives so fully painted minis are not a requirement to participate. But we will offer a raffle for participants with battle ready armies.

Prizing will be based on attendance and will be in the form of store credit. Participation in the event will grant players 15% off miniatures and paints for the day.

Entry will be $20 per teammate ($40 per team)

This will cover prizing and lunch. Pizza will be provided to the participants on lunch break.

We will offer prizes based on player attendance in the form of store credit. If attendance goes above 8 Teams, we will offer a Smoking Boots prize, meaning that the team in dead last will get a prize.
